Martha is Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. Martha has worked with at risk youth and individuals dealing with different challenges including adjusting to life's stressors or changes, depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, trauma and individuals that would like to improve their communication and decision making skills. Martha works collaboratively with clients to help them identify their strengths, internal and external resources to make positive changes to get to a place of self-acceptance and live a life filled with joy. Martha is a strength base, solution focus therapist that utilizes an eclectic approach from Pearson Center to Cognitive Behavior Therapy treatment to assist client with reaching their goals.
